I removed my mercury fillings when I was in my forties. I didn’t know I had Lyme or hypothyroidism until then either. Today I exercise every day whether my body cooperates or not.

As a lifelong couch potato, I didn’t know how many things limited my energy because low energy was my normal.

Can I do ten push-ups or run a marathon?  I can hold a plank, the top of a push-up, for about two seconds. My goal is one lousy push-up. I can comfortably do a workout with four pound weights, which is good since I started without weights at all.

Start with small goals to make yourself feel good, not to please anyone else . My goal is to be pain free.

People think there is an age  limit to when you can start your healing. It’s not true. If I can get off the couch, so can you!
