Two countries have vials of smallpox, Russia, and the US. Both countries are afraid the other will use it as a weapon. They have engineered it to kill more effectively. Isn’t that nice?

The CDC won’t get money for a disease that is rare, unless of course there is a foreign threat that it will be used as a bioweapon. If it is weaponized the threat always exists and therefore, the need for the vaccine exists as well.

All the country has to do is show that threat. You keep those diseases in the lab just in case and you keep showing movies that show breakouts. Currently, there are 72 movies about disease breakouts.

Don’t worry CDC, the threat is always around the corner. Your money is safe. Or we can just get rid of the vials, and the threat as well. That would be too easy.
