Really Good gluten free flour mix.

When you start going gluten free it’s a big pain in the butt. Each recipe as a different kind of flour mix. So you buy all these types of flours for every recipe and they all go bad and you end up with all these open flours that have been sitting around a while.  This is my favorite flour mix because you can mix this and use it cup per cup in any recipe that uses regular wheat flour. The best flour mix I know is from a cookbook called Celeste’s Best Gluten-Free, Allergen-Free Recipes: Over 250 Recipes Free of Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Casein, Soy, Corn, Nuts and Yeast It uses 6 cups white rice flour. I buy this flour in bulk because it goes so quickly. You can buy this,  Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free White Rice Flour, 24-ounce (Pack of 4) works pretty well and 1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Sweet White Rice Flour – 24 oz and 1/2 cup Bob’s Red Mill White Bean Flour – 24 oz Just make this and store in an airtight container.
